Yoga in the Community Center
When:Join Megan Palmer, certified yoga instructor and former Hills resident, for FREE yoga classes in the Hills Community Center on Wednesday, July 9th and August 6th at 7:00 pm and in Hills City Park on Saturday, July 19th and August 16th at 8:00 am.
Yoga has many physical and mental health benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and mood. Megan designs her classes to be appropriate for all levels, including those with no yoga experience at all.
Come join in the camaraderie! All are welcome and encouraged. Participants are required to sign a liability waiver and bring their own yoga mat.
