Want to have some bendy fun? Join Megan Palmer, certified yoga instructor and former Hills resident, for a FREE monthly yoga class in the Hills Community Center on Wednesday, March 11th at 7:00 pm and again on Wednesday, April 1st, same time.
Yoga has many physical and mental health benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and mood. Megan designs her classes to be appropriate for all levels, including those with no yoga experience at all.
Come join in the camaraderie! All are welcome and encouraged. Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat.
